In broad outline the services offered are as follows:

• check feasibility of client's requirements;
• advise on other alternatives;
• advise on requirements for Planning Approval, Building Regulations Approval
• advise on any other statutary requirements and specialist appointments as appropriate e.g. CDM Regulations; Party Wall Act;

• sketch design drawings;
• develop sketch design in consultation with client as required;
• consultation with Planners and other authorities as appropriate;

• finalise design drawings;
• submit Planning Application;
• deal with Planning Officers queries in consultation with client

• prepare detailed working drawings;
• submit Building Regulations Application;
• deal with Building Inspectors Queries as necessary

• obtain tenders;
• prepare building contract as appropriate;
• visit the site at regular intervals to monitor progress and check compliance with drawings;
• deal with builders queries and any unforseen problems;
• carry out final inspection of the works.
